Maximum Performance: Our cold air intake for the 2020 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 3.0L Duramax was engineered to flow better than stock and minimize air restriction. This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that keeps out engine heat and protects the filter from dirt.

The 2020 3.0L Duramax intake kit can be installed by connecting directly to the stock intake tube. S&B includes an additional intake tube to connect directly to the turbo to maximize airflow for even better performance.

New Snap In Lid Design: Our new snap-in lid design requires no screws to secure it to the box. This makes installation and inspection quick and easy, as the filter can be installed and removed without having to remove the intake tube.

Our silicone edge trim ensures an airtight seal, protecting against unwanted, power-robbing engine heat. (Patent Pending) This kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter that protects your engine and results in better performance. Available in either Dry Extendable or 8-layer Cotton Cleanable media.

Less Restriction. More Airflow: The Intake Tube has minimal bends as it connects to the turbo inlet. It is positioned in one clean line with minimum obstructions from the turbo inlet to the intake box and air filter. This results in a decrease in restriction compared to stock.

Choose Your Airflow: The 75-5137 intake kit has (3) airflow configurations. Its Unique Airbox design provides more air to the filter by using a scoop that captures cool air from the front quarter panel. S&B also includes a silicone box plug that can be installed or removed depending on personal preference and airflow requirements.

With the Silicone Box Plug removed: This configuration will provide an extra air inlet that will be pulled from the passenger side fender area.

With the Silicone Box Plug installed: This configuration will seal the secondary air inlet located on the side of the box facing the vehicle fender. The front-facing grill inlet and the front scoop will become the main source of airflow into the Intake Box.

No Check Engine Lights: S&B devotes a huge amount of resources to engineer our intakes that allow your engine to run properly with either stock calibration or enhanced tuning. An injection molded MAF plate in conjunction with a foam MAF sensor gasket ensures a true OE seal to the sensor.

With our new snap in filter design, you can install and inspect your filter in seconds. Available in either 8-layer Cotton Cleanable or Dry Extendable or media.

AEM’s X-Series OBDII Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge (PN 30-0334) provides tuners who are using piggyback tuning modules or open source software with the ability to view AFR through the factory CAN-bus stream that is output by the factory ECU, and deliver the most accurate, safe and powerful tune. The 30-0334 X-Series OBDII Wideband Gauge is validated to work with DiabloSport in Tune 3, Trinity 2, EFILive, HPTuners and DashDaq software. The X-Series Wideband AFR OBDII Gauge includes an OBDII pass-through connector and 4.9LSU sensor that can be free-air calibrated or used with the factory resistor calibration. Additional wiring for a 0-5v or RS232 Serial output can be added by the user for outputting to a data logger. This OBDII pass-through capability replaces the traditional AEMnet stream available in the 30-0300 X-Series Wideband AFR Gauge Controller. OBDII CAN-bus OUTPUT The OBDII output simulates an auxiliary ECU signal when plugged into a vehicle’s OBD port, which requires a unique address from the other ECUs already on a vehicle’s network. AEM’s default OBDII CAN address will work with most popular vehicles and adjustments should not be necessary. However, AEM has provided OBDII address programmability through the buttons on the gauge face if a different address other than the default address is required, allowing users to program ECU #, Parameter Identification (PID), Message Identifier, and Bit Rate.
