Intake Tube
HUGE and Computer Designed! We were able to design this tube to use all of the available space. The tube is 6 inches at the filter end and smoothly tapers down to 4.5 inches at the Throttle body side. The Intake Tube is kept a half inch bigger than the stock throttle body in anticipation of aftermarket offerings.

Heat Shield
The rotational molded plastic Heat Shield works at idle and low speeds to block engine heat. The Intake Tube passes through the Heat Shield to form a complete seal with the hood acting as the lid to the air box. Our shield incorporates the fresh air inlet from the grill for the factory style ram air effect.

Tuning
This intake system requires no tuning.

Air Filter
We use only the best Air Filters designed by S&B to our specifications. We love S &B’s Powerstack filtered ends and tapered flange design. A huge filter is needed due to the huge 6 inch opening on the tube. The result is a monster 6×9 inch filter
