What Can My Device Do? For starters, your device is extremely versatile. In addition to being your flash programmer it can perform many other functions. It can easily load store up to 10 of your 5 Star Tuning custom tunes. Your device can also be used to monitor your vehicle engine parameters. (Parameters can range from engine RPM, Speed, Coolant Temperatures and many more). The tuner can also be used to datalog your vehicle to further dial in current or future modifications. Your flash programmer will also store a copy of your factory tune and your vehicle can be returned to stock at anytime.

With the carefully designed X-pipe, SwitchPathTM lets the Braptor’s 3.0TT always produce a distinctive soundtrack that is both satisfying and clean. The EcoBoost exhaust note sounds the best it has ever done.

With SwitchPath™, you can force the tier 1 OEM-supplied valve to open by using the customizable on-board button, or it can be left open as with a factory exhaust. The valve opens when the specified throttle threshold is reached. When traveling on a highway or when it’s cold outside, close the valve; otherwise, leave it open. Because of the high-flowing nature of the exhaust design, the sound difference between valve positions won’t be very noticeable. Its main purpose is to allow maximum comfort on the highway or to quiet down when necessary. To keep the ECU happy, SwitchPathTM includes an extra-machined aluminum valve bracket to fit the unused factory valve.

Crafted from 3” CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065”-wall T304L stainless steel, SwitchPath™ features dual BashGuards™ thick reinforced stainless rings on the outlets to prevent collapsing if you catch them on an obstacle. They sit well above the tow hooks, higher than the factory, and well out of the way of danger—we like performance with peace of mind.

The factory 3.0L Bronco downpipes are extremely restrictive. The main restriction is in the factory turbo flanges that are made from cast material that chokes the flow. Our laser cut & cnc machined flanges have TIG welded 3″ 304ss mandrel bent tubing which allows maximum flow to increase power/torque while lowering EGT’s. Lowering EGT’s is important for trail riding and dunes or anywhere low vehicle speed & max power is required.

Need more performance, MPG, and sound from your 2022–2023 3.0L Ford Bronco Raptor? We’ve got it! All of SPD’s catted downpipes use UHO ULEV EPA-approved catalytic converters or GESI G-Sport UHO EPA catalytic converters and larger 3″ diameter mandrel-bent tubing, which improves throttle response, mileage, and overall performance while reducing turbo lag and exhaust temperatures (EGTs). Our downpipes do not require custom tuning and can be used as a factory downpipe replacement. Our catalytic converters are made in the USA and are designed to be used in racing applications.
