RETURN POLICY

Thanks for letting 5 star tuning help you customize your vehicle. We stand behind all our items we sell and our technical expertise. If you’d like to return your purchase, we’ll be glad to accept it in compliance with our return policy:

  1. For all opened flash devices (within 30 calendar days) there is a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.
  2. For all flash devices (shipped or not) there is a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price if calibrations are performed prior to return. No exceptions!
  3. For all opened and installed intakes and exhaust items. Items are nonrefundable.
  4. For all unopened intakes and exhaust, there is a 20% restocking fee. The shipping costs on these items are nonrefundable.
  5. All items post 45 days are nonrefundable.
  6. For shipping costs on products, shipping is nonrefundable.
  7. Any tune/calibration will be updated for free of charge for 30 days after purchase.  After 30 days of purchase date there is a charge to update tunes. Any parts not purchased from 5 star tuning that result in a update to tune a charge will apply.
  8. All email tunes are nonrefundable (no exceptions).
  9. Orders cancelled due to non-supported devices, disregard to our emissions on policies, cancelled items, etc. will be refunded less credit card processing fees. 

By ordering from 5 star tuning, you are acknowledging that you accept our return policy.

Any and all returns must have an rma# number before sending back. Any box that is returned with out an rma will not be processed and no credit/refund will be issued.
